To ensure a safe and well-managed stay, the following health and arrival requirements apply:
- Dogs must have current C5 vaccinations prior to boarding.
- Cats must have current F3 vaccinations before arrival.
- Proof of good health is required for all pets before their stay.
- Owners should supply food, medication and clear care instructions if required.
- Tick and flea prevention must be maintained prior to arrival and during stays.
- Pets must meet basic behaviour requirements to ensure safety for all animals.
- Special dietary needs and medication schedules are followed as provided.
- Auramist Lodge is not responsible for fleas or ticks found on pets during their stay.
- Clear emergency procedures are in place should veterinary care be required.
